Rumah Amal Cahaya Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, or RACTAR for short, opened it doors in 1993. RACTAR is a home for orphans and underprivileged girls of all races from all over Malaysia. It is named after the late Tengku Ampuan of Selangor, and is located in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
The main aim of RACTAR is to care, love and protect the underprivileged girls that are under our guardianship. We provide them with a strong platform of education so that they can have a better life and we always encourage the children to better themselves and strive to achieve their utmost potential.

Dewan Serbaguna Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (DESTAR) is a Non-Government Organization under Pertubuhan Rumah Amal Cahaya Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (RACTAR).
Our halls are suitable for any of these events:
All proceeds from our hall rentals will be donated to RACTAR as well as other orphanage centres throughout Selangor Darul Ehsan district.
